Job Description:

Report to the Nurse (RN) Manager/Supervisor
Work alongside caregivers to provide high-quality patient care
Mandatory 30-minute break
Day and night shifts available
Wear clean and pressed scrubs
Complete clear and accurate charting before the end of your shift

Requirements:

Must be COVID vaccinated (Complete Series)
3 completed references are required
LPN certification
At least 6 months of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
Current physical, current PPD, valid CPR certification (Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent)
Completed background checks, pre-employment & drug screenings required
High school diploma or equivalent required
