Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
StaffHealth is currently seeking several Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team! The Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) will report to the Nurse (RN) Manager / Supervisor and will work alongside caregivers to provide high-quality patient care. The Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) will provide a level of care that exceeds industry standards. These Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) positions include flexible scheduling with PT, FT, and long-term contracts available.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with the RN in the implementation of a total health care regime
- Provide data to assist in the evaluation of patients' responses to the plan of care
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Work closely with Medical and Clinical staff
- Direct patient care
- Perform treatments
- Administer medications and injections
Requirements:
- LPN State Licensure
- Current Physical, Current PPD
- Valid BLS/CPR certification or equivalent
- COVID vaccination/exemption
- Background checks, pre-employment & drug screenings required
