    Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN)

    Job Description:

    • Work alongside caregivers to provide high-quality patient care

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer medications and injections
    • Oversee treatments and ensure compliance with prescribed therapies
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments and medications
    • Direct and supervise activities of licensed and certified nursing personnel
    • Review residents admitted and assure appropriate implementation of physician's plan of care
    • Build rapport with patients
    • Maintain a clean and healthy environment
    • Demonstrate a compassionate and caring demeanor
    • Be familiar with medical terminology
    • Ability to work well in teams

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
    • LVN/LPN State Licensure
    • Current Physical
    • MMR vaccine
    • Current PPD
    • Valid CPR certification (Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent)
    • Background checks and pre-employment drug screenings required
    • 1 year of experience
