Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Marshall, Texas

Job Description:

• Report to the Nurse (RN) Manager/Supervisor and work alongside caregivers to provide high-quality patient care
• Day and Night Shifts Available (8 Hour Shifts)
• Work up to a maximum of 40 hours per week (Five 8-hour shifts allowed Monday to Sunday)
• Clean and pressed scrubs required
• Clear and accurate charting must be completed before the end of your shift
• Provide direct care to residents in the facility under the direction of nursing staff, primarily for their activities of daily living, plan of care assistance with restorative programs, and documentation as required by the facility
• Measure vital signs

• Timesheet must be signed by Supervisor on Duty prior to submitting to StaffHealth
