We are hiring a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you'll manage the full continuum of therapy services from evaluation through discharge in coordination with the care team and referring providers.

Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to support function and recovery
• Document progress, modify care plans, and collaborate with the clinical team
• Prioritize and manage caseload effectively, including hand-offs and daily assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
• Open to new graduates and experienced therapists
