Job Description
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health support in skilled nursing and post-acute settings
- Manage care across multiple facilities with a structured, predictable workflow
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver ongoing follow-up care to support emotional and psychological well-being
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted PMHNP or psychiatric PA license in the practicing state
- Ability to practice and bill independently
- Active DEA registration
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
- Genuine interest in behavioral health care for post-acute and long-term care populations
