Blackman Grove Dental is now hiring a Part-Time Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, as they continue to grow.     Job Description

    • Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience
    • Screen patients and provide quality care during check-ups
    • Educate patients in oral hygiene techniques and work with patients on their oral hygiene care
    • Review patient's history and charting
    • Administer prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
    • Document areas of existing restorations
    • Use of X-ray
    • Support the dentist with procedures as needed

    Requirements

    • Licensed as a Dental Hygienist in the state of Tennessee
    • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
    • Current BLS/CPR certifications
    • Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training
    • Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience
    • Local Anesthesia certification required
    • Laser certification preferred
    • Knowledgeable about perio health and comfortable with patient education
    • Team player, open, positive, and flexible, goal-oriented
    • Experience with dental practice software, preferably Eaglesoft
