    Join our collaborative dental team at Wesley Dentistry in beautiful Brentwood, Tennessee! Are you a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist looking for a fulfilling part-time opportunity? Wesley Dentistry is now hiring a Part-Time Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Brentwood, Tennessee, as they continue to provide quality care experiences to their patients. Our patient-centered dental practice is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Hygienist to join our caring team. New Hygienist grads are welcome!

    Job Description

    • Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience
    • Screen patients and provide quality care during check-ups
    • Educate patients in oral hygiene techniques and work with patients on their oral hygiene care
    • Review patient's history and charting
    • Administer prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
    • Document areas of existing restorations
    • Use of X-ray
    • Support the dentist with procedures as needed

    Schedule

    • Every Wednesday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
    • Every other Friday 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
    • Last Thursday of each month 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
    • 1-hour lunch every day except Fridays

    Requirements

    • Licensed as a Dental Hygienist in the state of Tennessee
    • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
    • Current BLS/CPR certifications
    • Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training
    • Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience
    • Knowledgeable about perio health, comfortable with patient education, and competent with gum therapy
    • Experience with dental practice software
