    Job Description:

    • Timely, accurate follow-up and resolution of unpaid and denied medical claims (using telephone, written correspondence, online platforms, email, etc.)
    • Interact with insurance representatives
    • Prepare documentation for the appeal of denied claims
    • Post claims to insurance providers for reimbursement of services

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma
    • Minimum of two years experience in behavioral healthcare/medical billing and collections
    • Experience with UB-04 and 1500 forms, ICD-10/CPT codes, and modifiers required by insurance providers
    • Ability to meet insurers' requirements for appeals and timely-filing of claims

    Schedule:

    • Full-time (40 hours per week)
    • 8 hour shift
    • Day shift
    • Monday to Friday
