Primary Care Physician

Join an expanding Primary Practice Group in Jacksonville, FL, within minutes of beautiful beaches and Saint Johns River communities. The group has a significant footprint with 50+ providers in 5 outpatient clinics and is an esteemed subsidiary of a national (value-based) healthcare organization. This is a full spectrum practice, including family and internal medicine, urgent care, pediatrics, and inpatient services. Ancillary services offered include lab diagnostics, imaging, and ultrasound. Enjoy a great work/life balance in a collaborative culture. This is an outpatient clinic (M-F), with no evenings and no weekends. You will support an established patient panel, including underserved to managed care, averaging 18-21 patients per day. The call schedule is shared among providers (phone consults only).
