We are currently seeking caring and compassionate CNAs to join our amazing team here at Sterling Village Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation. Located right off Routes 190 & 140, we are 15 minutes from Worcester & Leominster, and 25 minutes from Gardner & Marlborough. Our beautiful, modern 143-bed facility is situated on 22 acres and includes a subacute unit and two long-term care units. Our programs include long-term care, respite, hospice, and short-term rehab.

Job Description

• Assists residents with activities of daily living such as grooming, oral hygiene/denture care, bathing/showering, hair care, feeding and nourishment, bathroom and incontinence care, and routine foot care as outlined in the care plan.
• Assists residents with transfers and ambulation if applicable.
• Responds to call lights and the needs of the resident.
• Accurately uses different types of scales (e.g., chair, Hoyer, stand-up).
• Applies restorative devices such as splints, hand rolls, braces, eyeglasses, and hearing aids.
• Changes bed linens on occupied and unoccupied beds.
• A full job description will be provided prior to employment.

Requirements

• Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant Certification Program is a must.
• Short-term rehab and skilled nursing experience is a plus.
• CNA certification is required.
