Come join the team of dedicated professionals in our in-house Rehab Department here at Sterling Village Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation. Located right off Routes 190 & 140, we are 15 minutes from Worcester & Leominster, and 25 minutes from Gardner & Marlborough. Our beautiful, modern 143-bed facility is situated on 22 pastoral acres and includes a subacute unit and two long-term care units.

Our programs include long-term care, respite, hospice, and short-term rehab including post-surgical, wound care, orthopedic, stroke recovery, cardiopulmonary, and respiratory.

Requirements

• Current licensure in Massachusetts as a Physical Therapist
