Job Description

• Provide patient care for elderly residents.
• Perform duties as accurately and efficiently as possible.
• Be self-motivated and have a strong sense of motivation.
• Assist with personal hygiene cares, bathroom assistance, and help with showers/bed baths.
• Encourage the progress of activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals and helping residents with transfers, eating, ambulating, turning/re-positioning, and being supportive.

Schedule

Stonehenge of American Fork offers various shifts:

• 12-hour shifts: Days - 6am to 6pm; Nights - 6pm to 6am
• 6-hour shifts: 12pm - 6pm; 6pm - 12am; 12am - 6am; 6am - 12pm
• Morning shower shifts: 6am to 10am
• Dining shifts: 5pm to 10pm
