Job Description

• Independently supervise the delivery of care to a group of residents in a designated unit
• Assess resident needs and develop individual care plans
• Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Requirements

• LPN or LVN License (Required)
• CPR Certification (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Compensation

• Starting at $26.00 per hour
