Stonehenge of American Fork is a premier rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our patients. We are currently seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our team. This role is crucial in helping our patients achieve their optimal functional level and quality of life. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, documentation, and communication with patients and their families. The Physical Therapist will report directly to the Director of Rehabilitation. Join us in making Stonehenge of American Fork a "place of healing."

Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' mobility and function.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license or certification in Physical Therapy for the State of Utah.
• Ability to pass all background checks required to work with protected populations.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently and assist others as needed.

Compensation

• Hourly rate depends on experience.
