Job Description:
- Provide clinical oversight of programming and service delivery within the Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC)
- Direct the provision of mental health services
- Implement recovery-based psychosocial programming to optimize Resident strengths, skills, and partnerships with family, community, and staff
- Assure that youths' needs are being met through program activities while adhering to quality standards and best practices
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a social science field plus at least four (4) years of experience in a behavioral health field and one (1) year in a leadership role
- BBS Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist
- Ability to provide Clinical Supervision per BBS regulations
- Valid California Driver's License

Division/Program Overview:
MHRC is a 16-bed inpatient program that provides intensive support and rehabilitative services. The individuals served are 18-64 years old with mental health struggles that have necessitated placement in a state hospital or other intensive behavioral health facility. Comprehensive behavioral health and psychiatric services are provided by a multidisciplinary team. The team supports individuals in developing the skills to become self-sufficient and increase levels of independence and functioning.
