Interventional Radiologist

Join our team as an Interventional Radiologist in Merrillville, Indiana, located 42 miles from Chicago and 141 miles from Indianapolis. This position offers a full-time, permanent opportunity in a private, outpatient-based practice.

Job Description

• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, no call and no weekends
• 100% Interventional Radiology
• Required procedures include Genicular artery embolization (GAE), Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE), Hemorrhoidal Artery Embolization (HAE), and Uterine Artery Embolization (UAE)
• Some pain injections (not much)
• The practice is not currently doing IR Oncology
• New fellows are welcome to apply, as long as they are comfortable with the above embolizations
• Current staff includes 1 other doctor, 1 locum tenens physician, 2 nurse practitioners, 2 full-time registered nurses, 4 medical assistants, and 4 ultrasound technicians

Compensation and Benefits

• First year: $600K salary
• Second year: $600K plus bonuses (approximately $850K range)
• Third year: Earnings will be in the $1M range
• Benefits offered include 4 weeks of PTO, all major holidays, malpractice coverage, CME, and health insurance
