    NP/PA Wound Care Opportunity: Yakima, WA

    Join our team in Yakima, WA, for a full-time, permanent NP/PA Wound Care position. This opportunity is part of a non-profit, locally owned regional network of hospitals and clinics that prioritize primary care and specialists working together for better patient outcomes.

    Job Description

    • Full-time, permanent opening
    • Non-profit, locally owned regional health system consisting of inpatient hospital care and emergency services, ambulatory surgical care, and a network of primary care/walk-in care and specialty clinics located throughout the Yakima Valley in Central WA
    • Primary care and specialists working together in the same clinics for better continuum of care and access
    • Strategic growth by adding new service lines and growing established programs
    • Comprehensive outpatient wound care clinic with a typical volume of 10-18 patients per day, plus additional 1-3 HBOT patients; occasional inpatient/ER consults
    • State-of-the-art hyperbaric oxygen chamber (HBOT)
    • Comprehensive assessment, treatment, and education to wound patients
    • Complex wound care includes treating severe and chronic wounds, and limb salvage treatment associated with diabetic leg and foot ulcers
    • EMR: Cerner
    • M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm schedule, no call and no weekends

    Requirements

    • Prefer experience but willing to train those with a desire to learn wound care and limb salvage
    • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
