• Level I Trauma Center with High Acuity Cases
• Healthy pediatrics as well as adult cases (No complex pediatric cases)
• Medical Direction Model with Attending Anesthesiologist
• Typical Cases: Spine Procedures, Thoracic, Complex Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology, Vascular, Neurosurgery, Crani General Surgery, and ENT
• Average Number of Cases: 14,000
• EMR: Cerner

Shifts:

• Monday - Friday, No Call
• Coverage Needs: 10s and 12s - NO 8s needed at this time
• 1099 Contract Position
• Lodging, Airfare, and Rental Car/Mileage Provided

Requirements:

• Pennsylvania, will wait on license
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• No DEA required

Location: Altoona, PA

Job Description:

• Providers Typical Day: Will Work Under Medical Supervision, No Solo Work
• Provider may be in the main OR with anywhere between 3-7 cases in a row
• Typical Cases Seen: General cases, Endoscopy, Cysto, OBGYN, Ortho
• No Pediatrics, No Trauma, Hearts or complex cases

Shifts:

• Monday - Friday, No Call
• Coverage Needs: 10 and 8 hour shifts
• 1099 Contract Position
• Lodging, Airfare, and Rental Car/Mileage Provided

• Pennsylvania, will wait on license
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
