Job Description:

• Ages 2+ unless noted differently
• 2-3 patients per hour
• EMR: eClinicalWorks

Services:

• OccMed could start down the road
• Possible sport/school physicals if patient requests
• Primary Care, some Wellness
• Non-DOT Drug Testing - Maybe
• Post-offer Phys - Maybe
• Sport/School Physicals - As patient requests it, but this is more of a non-occ. Health service.
• Pap Smears/Well Woman Exams - As patient requests it, but this is more of a non-occ. Health service.
• Dispensary: Yes

Locations & Dates:

• Conover and Newton: 1/9/25-4/3/25 Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri

  • Mondays- Conover, NC 07:00 - 3:30 pm
  • Tuesdays- Newton, NC 07:00 - 3:30 pm
  • Thursdays Newton, NC 07:00 - 3:30pm
  • Fridays- Newton 07:00 - 11:30 then Conover 12:30 - 3:00pm

• Burlington: 2/25 - 4/4/25 (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri - no Wednesdays) 8am to 4pm, minus unpaid lunch

Requirements:

• Board Certified
• Active NC license
• BLS, ACLS
