Dates:
- South Bend: 12/13 to 2/28/25, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
- Anderson: 12/16/24 to 2/26/25, Monday 7am to 11am, Wednesday 11am to 5pm
On-site clinics for employees and family members
Primary Care/Employee Health
EMR: Athena

Requirements:

2-5 years of APP experience in a clinical setting
Experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Medicine is a plus
BLS and/or ACLS required
IN Active State License
Must be comfortable with all ages
