- Open ICU with 4 ICU and 4 IMC beds. Hospital has 49 beds
- Number of providers: Day 1 ICU/1 Non-ICU, 1 APP
- Average day census: 25-30, Average Day admits: 2-5
- Night providers: Telehealth, average night admits: 2-5
- Shift responsibilities: Day Non-ICU and APP manage all floor patients
- Codes: ED Doc and ICU doc
- Hospitalist responds to Rapid Response codes
- All APP's have a designated supervising physician
