We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

Job Description

• Conduct physical examinations and health assessments
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider
• Assist in diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic procedures
• Provide care for patients across various specialties including geriatrics, behavioral health, and infant care
• Implement dementia care protocols and support patients with specialized needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Utilize knowledge of physiology and medical systems to deliver optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Possess a valid LPN license in the state of practice
• Demonstrated experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a Level I Trauma Center
• Proficiency in administering botulinum toxin treatments is desirable
• Familiarity with geriatric nursing practices and behavioral health interventions
• Strong understanding of diagnostic evaluation techniques
• Ability to provide compassionate care and support to patients with diverse needs
