    Job Description:

    Supplemental Health Care is seeking Occupational Therapists for contract assignments with a partnering home health care provider.

    • $1,740 - $1,906 per week
    • 13-week contract
    • Paid by the hour, not by the visit
    • Occupational Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage
    • Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
    • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Vermont
    • CPR Certified or ability to obtain
    • Previous experience with Computer Charting
    • 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
    • Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
