**Community Health Center Provider**

Join our team in a community health center that serves a lower income and non-insured patient population. We are open Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with Saturday availability as well. We are open to both locum and permanent candidates and can be flexible with scheduling if needed.
