    Physical Therapist Assistant

We are presently in search of a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant who is interested in growing skills in women's health care, outpatient orthopedics, and manual therapy.

    We believe our clinicians should have total clinical autonomy to listen to patients and to customize a therapeutic approach based upon that input.     Job Description

    • Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, help patients meet their goals
    • Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility
    • Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
    • Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care and proven interventions
    • Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
    • Promote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
    • Consult and practice with other health professionals
    • Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress
    • Document patient care services

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience (or clinical rotations) as a physical therapist assistant
    • Previous experience in or interest in gaining skills in women's health
    • Ability to work with patients with different types of personalities
    • Current knowledge of treatment practices
    • Drive to continually learn and grow
    • Professional mindset/behavior
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
    • Valid OH PTA license

    Pay Range

    USD $24.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
