Join our healthcare client's team as a Long-Term Care Nurse (RN) in Edison, NJ. In this temporary role, you'll provide patient-centered care, working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clinical excellence and a positive patient experience.

Job Description

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing care to residents, ensuring all orders are followed and clinical standards are met.
• Complete all required documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Assign tasks and supervise nursing personnel on the unit, ensuring quality care delivery.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, ensuring collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Recognize and assess changes in patient conditions, reporting findings to the Charge Nurse and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Address psychosocial needs and provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license or multi-state compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• 1+ year as an RN in a Subacute Long-term Care or Rehabilitation Facility.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality care and fostering a collaborative environment.
