Outpatient Physician

Join our team in an outpatient-focused role where no inpatient rounding is required for the core position. Additional rounding opportunities may be available if desired.

Job Description

• Outpatient-focused role (no inpatient rounding required for the core position; additional rounding opportunities may be available if desired)
• 35 clinical hours/week
• 1 late evening per week (up to 9 PM; later start that day)
• Light call with shared coverage (details discussed during process)
• Typical pace: 2-3 patients/hour (approximately 20-30 patients/day)
• Strong APP support: Physician Assistants handle the majority of urgent/walk-in needs and a large portion of call
• Athena (cloud-based) EMR with AI ambient scribe and AI-assisted workflow tools to reduce documentation burden
• Physician-led organization with growth/advancement potential (part of a stable network of multiple outpatient sites; partnership track may be available)
