Certified Surgical Technologist

Job Description:

• Specialized position as a Certified Surgical Technologist with our neurosurgical team.
• Neuro CSTs specialize in spine and brain surgery, working consistently alongside the same surgeons and RNs to become highly skilled in the specialty.
• Dedicated neuro-techs will take call responsibilities outside of their usual shift to cover neurosurgical cases during evenings, nights, and weekends. Techs rotate weeks between team members.
• Additional duties include stocking specialty supplies and updating neurosurgical preference cards.

Requirements:

• Required Education:

  • High School Graduate
  • Graduation from a formal accredited surgical technician training program.

• Preferred Experience:

  • Two years of surgical technician experience.

• Required Certification/License:

  • Certified Surgical Tech Certification

Work Hours:

• 7am-5pm with call responsibilities
