1099 Medical Director/Attending Physician

Location: Henry, Marshall, and Robinson, Illinois

This position is mostly remote with 1-2 onsite visits per month.

Job Description:

• Provide professional services to residents of skilled nursing facilities as directed by Tapestry.
• Offer medical and procedural consultation for residents in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Advise the Facility Administrator on concerns and opportunities regarding services and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Be available to the facility 24/7 for emergencies.
• Attend QA and/or QAPI monthly meetings at least 10 months of the year.
• Assist in developing clinical pathways to improve resident care.
• Support facility marketing efforts as requested.
• Collaborate with other attending staff to ensure the highest quality of care.

Role Type:

• 1099 Contractor position.
