    Job Description

    • Develop and grow an outpatient physical therapy clinic while providing exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes.
    • Provide input on clinic setup, including medical director selection, clinic location, and layout.
    • Select and order clinic equipment based on patient population and specialties.
    • Take control of quality of care in the clinic with a patient-centered approach.
    • Hire and manage staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality therapy.
    • Support marketing initiatives to promote the clinic and increase patient referrals.
    • Maintain relationships with medical directors and key physicians.
    • Oversee scheduling and treatments to enhance patient experience.
    • Manage clinic productivity and set clear, reasonable expectations.
    • Manage the clinic budget and be aware of expenses.
    • Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
    • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management for accurate billing and reimbursement.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize clinic performance and profitability.
    • Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

    Requirements

    • Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy.
    • Desire to own/run a clinic.
    • 5+ years of proven experience with a track record of exceptional patient care.
    • Dedicated to education and training with a desire to continue growing as a Physical Therapist.
    • Commitment to making diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) a priority within a diverse workforce.
