Team Select Home Care is currently hiring Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in the following counties: Columbus, Brunswick, Bladen, Robeson, Cumberland, New Hanover. Job Description

• Review, initiate, and implement care plans in accordance with the client's needs.
• Provide one-on-one direct nursing care in the home with medically complex clients of all ages.
• Medication management and administration.
• Monitor vital signs and medical equipment.
• Perform physician-ordered interventions, such as tracheostomy or ventilator care when applicable.
• Educate clients and families while providing companionship and emotional support.
• Conduct regular assessments, charting any client changes in condition, progress, and care needs, and notifying the Director of Nursing accordingly.
• Assist with other total care nursing duties.
• Make independent clinical decisions when necessary.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current, unencumbered LPN license.
• 1 year of nursing experience.
• BLS Certification.
• Pediatric experience (preferred, but not required).
• High acuity, trach/vent experience (preferred, but not required).

Pay

$30-$32 per hour.
