    Job Description

    • Provide psychiatric care to a consistent patient caseload in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes

    Requirements

    • Psychiatric NP/PA licensure
    • Board certification in psychiatry or a minimum of 2 years of direct psych prescription management experience
    • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
