    • Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing individualized care plans

    Requirements

    • Graduate degree as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
    • Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York
    • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Experience in long-term care

    Expected compensation is estimated range of $15,000 to $50,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
