Job Description

• Deliver primary care to short-term and long-term patients
• Manage chronic diseases, diagnose conditions, and create care plans
• Order and interpret lab results, prescribe medications, and consult with other healthcare clinicians
• Educate patients and caregivers, promoting healthy lifestyle changes

Requirements

• New grads welcome to apply; primary care and post-acute care experience are a plus
• Active and unrestricted Washington NP/PA license and DEA
