Lead Advanced Practice Clinician

Location: Walterboro, South Carolina

Job Description:

Join a highly skilled hospital medicine team at Colleton Medical Center
Collaborate with the facility medical director and regional medical director/vice president of operations
Ensure APCs are utilized within state and medical staff guidelines
Work a 7-on/7-off block schedule with a Tuesday through Monday rotation
Shift times: 7a-5p on Monday-Friday, 7a-7p on Saturday and Sunday

Experience:

Preferred minimum of three years experience as an APC in an inpatient setting
Previous leadership/management experience preferred
Must be in the top quartile for metrics and documentation
Must meet goals within 90 days and set an example for other APCs
