Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Location: Portland, Tennessee

Job Description:

• Provide primary care to patients at skilled nursing facilities
• Targeted rounding of 2 days per week
• Part-time position with no benefits, but with productivity income potential

Requirements:

• Active Tennessee license/DEA
• Previous post-acute experience preferred, but not required
