Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Location: Roanoke, Virginia

Job Description:

• Working in the town of Roanoke (many possible other locations in western or central VA could also be considered and discussed)
• 15-20 patients per day
• Providing a wide scope of behavioral health work in a post-acute care setting
• This is a full-time position
• Compensation and Benefits: Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $110,000 to $120,000 annually with no cap on productivity bonus income potential

Responsibilities:

• Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities
• Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
• Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions
• Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines

Requirements:

• Board certified PMHNP
• New grads welcome
• Willing to train experienced candidates as well
• Licensed in Virginia
