Job Description
- Work location: Texas Health Denton, 3000 N I-35 Denton, Texas 76201
- Work hours: Full Time (40 Hour) Day Shift

Requirements

Education:
- Associate's Degree in Applied Science required, or completion of an accredited program in cardiovascular technology. Must obtain RCIS within 6 months of hire.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent with 2 years work experience in invasive cardiology required.

Experience:
- 1 year of vascular or cardiac angiography preferred, or 2 years required with a high school diploma.

Licenses and Certifications:
- ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire required.
- GMRT - General Medical Radiologic Technologist if ARRT only upon hire preferred.
- RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist to be obtained within 6 months if graduated from Cardiovascular Accredited Program upon hire required.
- LMRT - Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist if RCIS only upon hire preferred.
- RCES - Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist for Electrophysiology Labs (EP) only upon hire required.
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required.
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days required.
- CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually within 90 days required.
