As a vital member of the team, you'll be responsible for administering medications, treatments, and providing hands-on care, all while maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with health regulations.     Job Description

    • Performs nursing duties within the NYSED Licensed Practical Nurse scope of practice.
    • Maintains current medical, medication, anecdotal, and immunization records on all assigned individuals daily, monthly, and/or annually as specified by regulations.
    • Administers prescribed medical treatments/medications to individuals according to physician's orders and maintains accurate record keeping to include: physician's orders, acquisition, storage, and disposal.

    Requirements

    • Current valid NYS licensed LPN.
    • Must possess a valid New York State Driver's License that meets the Agency Driver standards.
    • No lifting restrictions.
