Job Description

• Deliver high-quality resident care in line with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Provide safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge in conjunction with physicians, families, and other multi-disciplinary health care professionals.
• Utilize nursing process principles to execute delegated care aspects for both residents and their families.
• Restore and maintain each resident's maximum mental and physical capabilities.
• Perform both essential and non-essential responsibilities in alignment with the mission and values (compassion, excellence, inclusion, integrity, collaboration) of CHI Living Communities.
• Comply with all campus, departmental, and safety policies, rules, and regulations.

Salary

• Up to $31 per hour

Shifts

• We offer both 8 and 12-hour shifts for your convenience.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
• Valid licensed status as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio
• Current certification in CPR; prior long-term care experience is preferable
