Job Description

• Conduct and coordinate the development and accurate completion of the resident assessment and care planning process, including the implementation of CAA's.
• Ensure that quarterly, annual, change of condition, etc., resident assessments and care plan reviews are conducted in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Assist facility directors and supervisors in scheduling the resident assessments and care plan meetings.
• Develop and participate in planning and conducting in-service training, which includes assessment skills, techniques to complete the assessment tool, and other areas as directed.
• Actively participate in overall facility management and make recommendations for performance improvement, i.e., chart audits.
• Complete all Third Party payor forms as necessary, i.e., MIF, MA 103, etc.

• Nursing: 1 year (Required)
• RN (Required)

Compensation

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
