Job Description

• See patients 60 and up exclusively in medically underserved metro areas
• Work Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, or call
• Average of 12-15 patients per day
• Above-market compensation up to $260k-$270k starting salary range
• Bonus incentives based on quality metrics, not RVUs or volume
• Utilize cloud-based electronic health record and technology

• Additional annual bonus of up to 20% of salary
