Endocrinology Specialist

Pleasant Valley Hospital is pleased to announce the opening of a new endocrinology position. This will be the first ever offering of an endocrinology specialist at the Hospital. Therefore, we are looking for someone interested in developing and implementing the program. The individual should be self-motivated and be willing to spend the necessary time and energy to develop the program. This individual should be a generalist in the specialty of endocrinology, but certainly would have the opportunity to develop lines of interest. This will be primarily clinic-based with normal hours of operation. There will need to be a developed relationship with the hospitalist.

Job Description

• Develop and implement the endocrinology program at Pleasant Valley Hospital
• Work primarily in a clinic setting with normal hours of operation
• Build relationships with hospitalists

• Generalist in the specialty of endocrinology

Benefits

• Starting base salary of $280,000
• Sign-on bonus of $40,000
