Advanced Practitioner

Join Philip Health Services at Care Campus, where we are seeking an experienced advanced practitioner to join our team of 5 (soon to be 6) providers. This role involves traditional rural medicine and will spend time in a variety of areas on campus, including the outpatient clinic, hospital, assisted living center, and ER.

Job Description

• Full-time position with a 4-day work week: 2-3 days in clinic, with the 4th day for ER coverage
• Average patients seen: 10-15 in the outpatient clinic
• Weekend call currently rotating between 5 (soon to be 6) providers

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary between $127,000 to $169,000, with bonuses available for signing, relocation, and loan repayment
