Job Description

• Full-time position with flexible scheduling; open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Employed position suitable for new graduates
• Average patients seen varies
• No call schedule
• Sign-on bonus available
• Compensation model is incentive-based; salary for GYN only is $250,000 base, with higher salary if doing OB
• Earning potential is $350,000; sign-on bonus is negotiable

Additional Information

• WFM provides all the infrastructure to get your practice up and running, including office space and equipment, EMR, reception/administrative support, billing, staffing, and assistance in credentialing
• Existing patient base at WFM will provide a strong foundation of patients in need of OBGYN care
• Revenue sharing compensation model
• Comfort with adolescent GYN care along with LGBTQ+ GYN care is strongly preferred
• OB component is optional; you can choose to do just GYN without OB
• This position is designed to be flexible, allowing the provider to control how much or how little they want to work, which will determine their earnings
• Affiliated with NY Presbyterian; in-hospital deliveries are up to the provider and are not required
