Job Description

• Part-time position with clinic hours: Mon., Tues., Thurs. 9 AM-7 PM; Wed. and Fri. 9 AM-5 PM; Sat. 9 AM-3 PM.
• Employed position suitable for new graduates.
• Average patients seen: 18-20 per day.
• Responsibilities include medication management for an established patient panel, primarily infirmed with chronic illness.
• Some joint injections may be required, but they are minimal; nerve root ablations and facet joint injections are not needed for the patient panel.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously without additional supervision or oversight.
• EMR: eCW.

Requirements

• Experienced in pain management procedures.
• NY state-licensed.
• Board eligible or board certified.
