Job Description

• Full-time position with flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays
• Employed role with no call schedule
• Responsible for examining, diagnosing, and treating patients in line with community standards as part of a patient-centered care team
• Duties include supervising midlevel providers, reviewing charts, ordering/interpreting tests, documenting visits, providing on-call triage, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards
• Actively engage patients in their care, support quality improvement, and participate in team meetings

Requirements

• California medical license
• Board-certified/board-eligible in Primary Care
• 2+ years outpatient experience (community-based preferred)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and cultural competence
• Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful
