Primary Care Physician

Job Description

• Full-time position with 4-day work weeks, Monday to Friday, no evenings
• Average daily patient volume adjusted based on acuity and visit type to support quality care
• Call schedule averages 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 5-6 weeks, phone call only with nurse triage
• 100% outpatient position caring for adults (18+), supported by Epic with Dragon, secure messaging, and virtual care tools
• Openings in Putnam, Windham, and Plainfield (hybrid role: 3 days in person and 2 days virtual)

Requirements

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
• Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure (or already licensed)
• Commitment to team-based, high-quality, patient-centered primary care
