Job Description

• Average patients seen: 18 to 20 patients a day (for full-time)
• 100% outpatient

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited school of medicine
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
• Completion of an accredited Residency Program
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (New Graduates are welcome to apply)
• Commitment to the mission of Indiana Health Centers, Inc.
• Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $236,000.00 to $241,000
